The Seadog Paddle Series began in October 2009. Since that first frigid Friday night this weekly paddle race has NEVER BEEN CANCELLED. Every Friday from October to March surfskis, prones, malibus & SUP’s line up to whatever the ocean throws at them, and RACE!

STEP 1: REGISTRATION & INDEMNITY
This is a ONCE OFF and COMPULSORY requirement before doing any of the Seadog Races of the season. You must do this before your first race at any point in the season.
Webscorer – We are using WEBSCORER as our Registration, Entry and Results Platform.
REGISTER FOR THE SERIES IN SEPTEMBER 2026
Series Registration costs R150. This is compulsory, unless you are only doing 1 race for the season then the Once-Off entry fee is R150. Pay Series Registration at your first race. (This IS NOT a race entry)
STEP 2: Seadog Number (once-off)
Confirm your Seadog Number in this step. You need this number to enter the weekly races. A wrong number means no result.
Old Dogs (have raced before): Can’t remember your number? Find your number HERE.
New Dogs (first time entering/racing): Your number will be allocated at the race check-in table.
Once you have a number, you never need another one. It’s yours and it’s unique. Like you!
STEP 3: RACE ENTRY (WEEKLY)
Enter for the races. Link will be sent weekly
You need to enter each race weekly.
STEP 4: PAYMENT
Payment takes place at the Race (CASH OR CARD)
- Series Registration fee (once off) = R150 (R100 Jnr U18)
- Race Entry fee per person (weekly) = R60 (R40 Jnr U18)
VERY IMPORTANT: All paddlers must pay the once-off registration fee in addition to the Race Entry Fee at their first race.
